Standard Warranty - Terms and Conditions

This warranty is offered to all customers of Morgan Integrated Systems Limited and does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, it is in addition to your rights.

Any equipment returned as faulty, must be accompanied by all parts supplied with said equipment. Any parts missing from equipment may introduce a secondary charge passed on by our suppliers for incomplete returns. Morgan Integrated Systems limited reserves the right to waiver this charge.

1 General

Morgan Integrated systems limited warrants all equipment supplied and any labour carried out by Morgan Integrated Systems Limited, excluding any labour or equipment supplied by a third party.

All equipment is offered under a 1 year return to supplier warranty (See section 2.1), subject to the equipment being used in the manner it was intended and supplied with the correct invoice, detailing equipment and serial numbers of all products supplied (See section 2.2).

All labour carried out is offered under a 1 year call out warranty (See section 3.1), where an engineer can be called out to repair faulty workmanship subject to the equipment being used in the manner it was intended, and excluding acts beyond our control (See section 3.2).

2 Equipment

2.1 Equipment Warranty

Any equipment supplied by Morgan Integrated Systems Limited, which fails under normal working conditions and within the specified time limit of 1 year, will be eligible for a full refund or replacement of equipment. Exceptions apply (See section 2.2).

2.2 Equipment Warranty Exceptions

Any equipment found to be short shipped, by means of missing parts supplied with the equipment upon purchase, will be liable for a secondary charge passed on by our suppliers for returning a short shipped item. Morgan Integrated Systems Limited reserves the right to waiver this charge.

Any equipment not returned with the correct invoice, receipt or proof of purchase, will not be eligible under the standard warranty returns policy. Where items are returned, serial numbers of equipment supplied will be checked against logs, any equipment found to have an incorrect serial number, will be deemed as not supplied by Morgan Integrated Systems Limited and will not be eligible under the standard warranty returns policy. Morgan Integrated Systems Limited reserves the right to waiver this decision.

Any equipment found to be used outside of it’s normal mode of operation, used in a manner it was not intended, found to be tampered with, has undergone accidental or intended damage, has undergone damage due to an act of god, has deteriorated due to normal use / wear and tear resulting in the failure in question will void all forms of warranty offered by Morgan Integrated Systems Limited. Morgan Integrated Systems Limited reserves the right to waiver this decision.

3 Labour

3.1 Labour Warranty

Any labour carried out by Morgan Integrated Systems Limited, found to be faulty in workmanship, instigating a failure onsite will be eligible for a full repair free of charge when it falls within it’s 1 year from work completion date. Exceptions apply (See section 3.2). In situations where we Morgan Integrated Systems Limited cannot gain access to site for correction of workmanship due to customer intervention, we will strive to offer another repair date. If for any reason you are unwilling for Morgan Integrated Systems Limited to return and resolve the issue, you waiver your warranty agreement and any warranty over workmanship will be void.

3.2 Labour Warranty Exceptions

Any labour carried out that is found to be missing any vital parts and in turn instigating the failure in question, will void all forms of warranty on labour. Morgan Integrated Systems Limited reserves the right to waiver this decision.

Any labour found not to be a part of the initial quotation, will not be covered under our standard labour warranty. Morgan Integrated Systems Limited reserves the right to waiver this decision.

Any additional alterations made to work as detailed on the initial quotation by a third party, that has in turn instigated the failure in question, will void all warranty on labour. Morgan Integrated Systems Limited reserves the right to waiver this decision.

Any work found to be used outside of it’s normal mode of operation, used in a manner it was not intended, found to be tampered with, has undergone accidental or intended damage or modification from it’s original quotation instigating the failure in question will void all forms of warranty offered by Morgan Integrated Systems Limited. Morgan Integrated Systems Limited reserves the right to waiver this decision.

4 Length of warranty

All standard warranty offered by Morgan Integrated Systems Limited comes under a 2 year fixed term, starting on the date of supply to you the customer for separate purchase agreements, or on completion of work for labour agreements.

Unless stated otherwise, warranty will be offered at a fixed length of 1 Year, where this agreement has been extended, please refer to your invoice for details of extension to this standard agreement.

5 Final Statement

Morgan Integrated Systems Limited hereby reserve the right to terminate or refuse warranty on any equipment or labour that does not fully apply to this warranty agreement.

By accepting this offer of warranty from Morgan Integrated Systems, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions, which may change from time to time. This online version of our terms and conditions will always be the most up to date version of our standard warranty agreement, and should be used as the most up to date reference.

This warranty agreement does not affect your statutory rights offered under UK law, and is put in place to clarify and further extend these rights offered.
